The first of its kind, the Key to Hope program allows borrowers just like you to simply add a specified donation amount to each mortgage payment which we will then match* and donate to Habitat for Humanity Canada.

Property Tax:

Getting an unexpected tax bill in the mail can add to your stress, so why not let MCAP take care of it? Our property tax service is simple, FREE and ensures your tax bills are paid in full, on time.
A portion of your tax payment will be deducted with each of your regular mortgage payments and set aside. When the time comes, we pay the bill on your behalf directly to your municipality. Each year, MCAP will send you a property tax statement letting you know the amounts we have paid, and we’ll notify you in advance if we need to change the tax instalment amount we are collecting.
