Last year we introduced several new enhancements to the MCAP Compensation and Loyalty Program…all intended to incent you to send in more deals and strive to maintain quality performance with us.  The new program was well received and has resulted in you being handsomely rewarded for your support.

Here is a summary of the highlights of MCAP’s 2012 Broker Compensation and Loyalty Program:

Status Levels can be achieved by reaching either the UNIT or REVENUE threshold … whichever is attained FIRST.  ALL new origination, refinance and Eclipse deals count toward status!

Commissions:  MCAP maintains a highly competitive commission structure and pays top dollar for high performance.

Performance Bonus provides additional compensation for Funding Ratio performance. Our 3-tiered performance structure provides increasing compensation for superior funding ratio performance.

Loyalty Pricing places RATE CONTROL in your hands. Statussed brokers receive discretionary pricing on standard 5 year fixed and variable deals.  Use it when you need to stay competitive in your market. 

MPoints reward your loyalty.  Statussed brokers can bank MPoints and use them to buydown rates, pay deal-related or marketing expenses. In 2012 we are introducing more opportunities to earn MPoints through specials and promotions.  In addition, an MPoint incentive will be paid for Home Mortgage Protection program (Insurance).

Bottom-line:  We pay you MORE for your loyalty and support!
